Personal data policy

1. General

This policy is drawn up in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data” and sets out how personal data are processed and protected.

2. What data we process

Your name, phone number, e-mail address, stay dates and details, and any wishes you provide in a booking request or when subscribing to news.

Technical data: cookies, IP address, browser and device information — in anonymised form.

3. Purposes

Handling booking requests and contacting you about them; performing the hotel services contract; sending hotel news with your consent; improving the website.

4. Legal basis

Your consent (Articles 6 and 9 of 152-FZ), the conclusion and performance of a contract to which you are a party, and requirements of Russian law, including guest registration rules.

5. Processing and retention

The Operator processes data with and without automation: collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, use and deletion. Personal data of Russian citizens are recorded and stored in databases located in the Russian Federation.

Data are kept no longer than required by the purposes of processing or by law, then destroyed. Data are shared with third parties only where required by law or with your consent.

6. Your rights

You may request information on the processing of your data, ask for it to be corrected, blocked or destroyed, withdraw your consent, and appeal to Roskomnadzor or a court.
